Things like that comment shouldn't even have to be discussed and debated as a precise news release would have explained it. Unfortunately that was not the case. They should have said that Bateman determined that the process was non-commercial because ..... I want answers. I think we all do. These generic statements are unacceptable and should never have come to be. If we allow IPM to go into Chapter 7 then we will probably never get these answers.
