Supply and Demand. A lot of people bought on margin during the last run up. The rally is over and people have to sell. The price has gone down from 2.50 with very little volume. Expect it to rebound later in the week as selling dries up.

Terry, Lack of revenues is a guess. I posted back on June 16th that I thought IAS was over priced and guess what? I stated I will become a shareholder again between 1.75-2.00 guess what? I am again. I think that IAS has a ways to drop yet though.(IMHO)My thoughts: the price has continued to drop after the Company announced their financing. This is a general rule after a Company signs a convertible debenture with no public floor (bottom conversion price)disclosure. An excellent explanation of this is provided on the link below from one of the most educated posters on SI. Message 5368910 Terry, the top conversion price of IAS's financing is 2.85. higher than the trading price. It is to the advantage of the Finance people to short the stock to convert (receive shares) at the lowest possible price. After reading the link above and watching the price drop on low volume you have got to ask yourself where it will stop. This doesn't mean IAS is a bad Company or something is wrong. What every investor in this Company must do is find out what the BOTTOM conversion price is and the conversion date by calling the Company and that will allow you to take advantage of the falling price as I have.
