David: I forgot to add a ":)" to the end of my last post. Elizabeth wouldn't keep posting on MGR if she wasn't caught up in the exciting uncertainties represented by this stock. I imagine she's one of those holding >100K MGR shares, maybe >200K. Maybe even more than me.

Dave, What do you think the market would say a million share block is worth that has to sell? I suspect that MAC is finding out what the stock is really worth. Small volumes do not tell you what the stock is worth.
