Michael, >>I am fully loaded in Genzl, so I just sit and watch it and kick my dog. I added my last third of Ligand today, so it can stop going down at any time.

Fortunately I have some more room for Genzl and a third left to add in Ligand. I am going to wait a bit to add. Genz had a nice run recently. A couple of analysts that I respect put out buys a couple of weeks ago and more than likely this is what caused the stock to go up. Do you have a position in the mother company or are you just playing the spin-offs.

I was in Vancouver for a week and they are having a recession in BC. I observed there is very little shipping activity and the real-estate values are dropping. I was told Vancouver is the largest port for accepting Asian imports for delivery in the US. People are accumulating US dollars as fast as they can and still chasing US stocks. Looks like this foreign money can not prop up the US markets at this point time.<g> It looks to me like there largest industry-Lumber is still in deep trouble, large inventories need to be worked off.

One nice thing when a state/province is in recession there is no problem getting tee off times on the top golf courses.<ggg>

Mike, <<Alas, I am fully loaded in Genzl, so I just sit and watch it and kick my dog.>> The way some of these "promising" biotechs are acting, I hope you have a big enough dog, maybe something the matches your ego -- Siberian Huskee, and not a toy poodle. Otherwise you may have to get a new dog every two to three days.<G>

Regards,
Bob
