Gennaro,

No one is asking Gary to dispute every SI post. Just the ones made
by Bob Davis at the Napeage newletter. He has not reported that Gary called him, at least it has not been reported by him that he was contacted. I have received a few private emails, some telling me that I was off base expecting the CEO of a company to put a letter or contract out for viewing, others telling me they thought it was a great idea in light of the damage being done by the Napeage letter.

My logic is simple. If there is evidence readily available that would build immediate credibility and put this matter to rest - why not use it. Comparison to Microsoft and other large cap stocks is absurd. This is a company with under 20 people with a dubious background to put it polite. However, it is also a company that has started to deliver on some of its promises and the reason I took a chance on it.
If the company is for real then they will find a way to put this matter to rest. Posting of the contract was one suggestion, a rebuttal by the finance minister clearing up this matter and going on record that a deal exists was a second. The ball is not in my court nor has it ever been. It is squarely in Gary Borland's court to act on. This matter needs to be cleared up or else the recent price trend will continue. That I am sorry to say is the most simple truth of all.
