What is going to make it go to $284 in your opinion? What is then going to make it go higher?

tom,
I was just through West Texas. Cotton is also a crop. cotton is no higher than any "average to slightly dry year". Yet Texas has lost 95% of this years cotton crop!!! Texas (on average) produces 60%+ of the worlds cotton. The rest of the US produces only 15-18%. IMHO It is the strong dollar.
