Simple speculation on matters that might arise would be nice. As far as matters that are not covered in a "pre pledge clause" can be voted on by people pledging there shares at a later date. Think about it no one is going to know what will be said at a meeting with IPMCF. And to leave it up to three or four people to decide the fate of all IPMCF share holders requires a lot of faith.
