How was Brown's responsiveness on these days of huge trading
volume? Please mention if you used voice or web site, and how
it went.

Howdy, Don --

I wonder if you or anyone else can give me some info on how well Brown does options. I've had problems with options trades, and I don't know whether to blame my broker or the exchanges. So, I have a few questions for anyone who will take time to reply:

-Do Brown's options quotes come as individual quotes or as an option stream (list of all options for an issue or just one put/ call)?

-Do they automatically update, or are they 'snapshot' quotes?

-Do the quotes come from all exchanges or just the OEX?

-What is a typical time lag from the time an options order executes to the time you get on-screen confirmation? (You can usually tell that your order has been executed by the increase in the volume number on the quote screen, and then guess-timate how long it takes for the confirm to appear).

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Good trading,

jim
