John, Thanks for the reply. Here is a copy of an e-mail I sent NF on Friday. I still am waiting for a reply: It has now been about a month since the Q2 conference call and Vivus has not updated its shareholders as to where things stand towards either selling the company or signing up a domestic partner. I would like to know how Vivus could afford to wait much longer to sell out or cut a deal with a domestic partner.ÿ A lot of money is being lost towards domestic MUSE sales while Pfizer continues to call on PCPs yet Vivus does not.ÿ With safety issues/concerns on hand I believe that time is of the essence to get something going towards selling MUSE to the PCPs. I would appreciate a response as to what type of progress Vivus is making concerning these important issues.ÿ Thank you.
