call # for transfer agent they will fax a copy to you, a) no problem with extra restricted shares, that is from 1 for 8 restricted share dividend announced in may b) how can someone dump 6 mil extra shares with no a144's c) remember ta trader on this thread, 10 posts in a day, then one day he comes on thread and says someone is dumping this stock into the rally and never posted here again. had a bad feeling, been hearing things about this, keith why don't you call atlas and verify the #'s maybe i got bad info, don't think so though. if you still don't have samples, pm an address i will fedex you one of mine, my gift sorry thread but we said talk about everything good or bad, a major release will offset this if all is kosher, imo, not happy but not selling tcbg either. more info re transfer agent a) tcbg's former transfer agent was interwest transfer 801 272-9294, that is still what dlj's book says, however this book is from 1997, when i called them they said they weren't tcbg's transfer agent, called scott at ir he said transfer agent was atlas 801 266-7151, maybe when tcbg switched transfer agents the #'s got screwed up. don't know anymore, when they don't file with sec no way to know for sure. Cav whoever has different broker than dlj, call them up ask them to get book which lists all bb's transfer agents and # shares, see what they say, remember the outstanding share totals most brokers
