There is no doubt in my mind that eventually Texaco and Rentech will announce a deal. The only question at this point is what type of deal and when will they announce. Think logically for a second here folks. They have been in negotiations for over a year now. Do you really think that it would take Texaco over a year to figure out that they didn't want Rentech's technology.........DOUBT IT. They know they want it and what they want it for.....its the details and the compensation that take the time to iron out. Also, the deal wasn't either close or an almost definite, that last release updating negotations would have never made it to the wires....better yet it would have never been written.
