Peanuts to any of the companies you refer to. Bruce can run the three divisions while they're sold off, while Mory and the boys integrate the telecom operations, which apparently, they have already worked closely with. This is not as daunting as a task as it seems. It won't hold any suitors back, and if they don't like Stratus, they will spin it off and take a charge as an acquisition cost. Kent
