I would really like to suggest that we refrain from speculating about where the shares are coming from unless we have absolute proof. I have never felt comfortable with that, and I think at this juncture, when so much is at risk, that it serves no purpose and could possible do a great deal of harm. Please lets stick to facts that we can prove. We should be cautious about all of our actions now, with the AMEX application going forward, and with two deals on the table that have not closed. The last thing we want to do is throw a road block in the way. Jewel
