So a section is a full square mile of 640 acres. Some one told me that the 80 acre plots you register at BLM were 1/4 section, they are obviously 160 acre 1/4 sections. Thanks for the correction, I was not sure of my facts.
Looks like it is the same as the concession line method we use here is the same as your section lines, every mile.
