Hello, all. I've been out of town for a few days and I'm just catching up on the latest posts and the continuing lack of news. Here's something that I haven't seen posted here (forgive me if it's out there and I missed it) which is interesting in regards to new shares coming on the market. Alladin reported earnings this morning: biz.yahoo.com

In their release is the following statement: "Second quarter 1998 results included a net capital gain of $.46 million from the company's sale of WAVE Systems shares during the quarter." We've been wondering if new shares have been coming onto the market and here is at least part of the answer (the RegD shares will probably be harder to find out about). So -- someone help me out with the math here. Alladin realized a 460,000 GAIN on the sale. I presume that this means that they've sold all of the 1,000,000 warrant shares that they exercised according to the 6/11 press release: biz.yahoo.com

Think about this. If a million new shares have come onto the market and we're still holding right around four, then that means there's some pretty good support out there. It also could explain a lot of the recent price movement. And who knows how many RegD shares have been hitting the market. At any rate, it would be nice to know that all of the new shares have been absorbed.

Anyone who understands this better than I, please add to and correct what I'm saying here. But the way it looks to me, the more share have been absorbed, the better.
