Hi Rick... I was on Yahoo finance and they always have latest news or 10K reports. This was a 10k and in the report it eluded to the fact that there were questions about continuing as a going concern. My broker feels that because it was a 10k they have to included all possibilities as far as the verbage they use and did not feel it was that critical. Obviously if there was more to it the stock would have had a huge sell off. The fledgling newsletter which follows SYBD still thinks thought it is speculative, it will be a big winner as far as percentage gain. What do you feel? Lance
