I agree. If there were real problems these guys would be using the paper shredder rather than doing new deals. For sure the SEC is looking at everything, including (and especially) press releases.

They could release all kind of numbers on the recent 2900 acres but
declined to do so. The SEC is looking over their shoulder and watching every move, esp. the PR. For now on it is stated facts w/o all the
glorified evaluations and only after Dunn Engineers is complete with testing will the numbers be released. Dunn has been testing since last week and is doing one county at a time, the 2600 WV acres run across a few counties.
