If I may, George, a suggested correction. There t'ain't no "key people" resigning from DCI nor it's JV partners. Those that I have met or had contact with are very, very focused and fully committed to shouldering their share of the workload. They know where Joe is taking DCI, and are grateful to be a part of the team helping to achieve it. Ken

The announcement of DCI seeking a listing on the AMEX was one of the highlights of the annual meeting. It was announced by the president of the company, it was discussed by him, it was put up on the screen so even those sitting in the back of the room could read it with out squinting. Joe said for all to hear that Spear Leeds would be our sponsor and Joe would be meeting with them this week to make arrangements to visit the AMEX officials.
