Re: Lawsuit against Ultralife

When one looks at the absurd reasons these partasite lawfirms (as Cal Reed called them) give for filing these class action cases it is easy to understand why Lev & Co. are so reluctant to make many public statements. Unfortunately, the way things are, I hope they continue to keep their silence, especially after we start seeing substantial revenues. The parasites are just waiting for the opportunity to transfer those revenues into their own pockets, and we the shareholders on whose behalf they pretend to operate, get the shaft.

Yawn,,,snore,,snore,,,another investor law suit.

Perfect example why companies in development stages can't say or write anything until it happens.

Another example why 10k's read the way they do.

Also another way to seperate the investments from the scams. If they make promises in the early stages then it's likely a scam. If they keep tight lipped about most things them they are busy working and don't want to get a fat legal bill.
