DT, I must admit that after spending a day or so looking at INCL I think you are 100% correct about it and I have also shorted it accordingly. I especially agree with your opinion that they will not be able to form an alliance. I have seen the exact same scenario play out with other mismanaged small caps. In one case, I watched one company (PRLN) drop from $3-$4 a share last year to a low of 9 cents last December before a takeover was executed that put the company under new management and saved it from evaporating all together. They too had some interesting patents and technology but it didn't keep the price from going down. I'm sorry for busting your chops before but sometimes I get cranky when I have to wade through a lot of fat to get to the meat. Keep up the good work. Hank
