Wrong Caesar, I think. Augustus was the name for Octavian, nephew and heir of Julius. It was Julius who crossed the Rubicon, and he has July named for him. But if Julius hadn't crossed the Rubicon then there wouldn't have been an Octavian, so I s'pose you do have a point..
