I have been a shareholder for a while. There is a large following in my town. I've also known the principals for a while, before they began this restructuring. I think we are going to see something very significant emerge for this little company. I feel positive right now.

I just talked to the ASE and they said they were waiting for a document describing the paticulars of the transaction that Rainbow HAS NOT SUBMITTED. They said without this letter,,, the deal will not be approved by them and rainbow will not trade until they put out a news reliese stateing the deal has been quashed. Has anyone talked to the company to find out why this letter has not been given? Or when it will be given or IF it will be given. Must be trouble ,,,, president quitting????
