Chad, what you don't seem to understand is that the integrity of management is usually crucial to whether a company like INCE will do well. They can have wonderfully innovative products, but a shell game is a shell game, period. You seem to have bought into the belief that Paul is ethical, and yet many of us here do not agree, based on our collective experience.

While the prospects for a given technology might change over time, people usually continue to act in predictable ways, based on their underlying character. I am not sure whether your reassurances about Paul's good deeds and trustworthiness are the result of naivete or your desire to create share value so that you can profit from it, but certainly past behavior is almost always an accurate predictor of future events in the real world.
