Mr. Ronan, I can't give you the exact definition of what defines a hostile take over. How can one take over what they already own? We as share holders wish to call a special meeting to find out what is going on so that we can make an informed decision on who should lead our company which is perpetual in nature. The BOD were suppose to be in office for 1 year as of June of last year. So I ask, who is running my company now since we have not held elections on a BOD for this year?
