New from Michael Murphy's Wednesday hotline update. The consultant he hired to research ISV's deal came back with a report. The company they are in final negotiations with doesn't want to pay more than $4/5 share for the whole company, so ISV won't sell (unless they get closer to $10). The company wants to actually see the test kit and (see it work?) before they invest in the big partnership. (Can you imagine?)

Murphy understood that the kit is done (he's confirming this again) and so he believes the deal is imminent.

This explains the stock's drop yesterday and today. It sounds like the deal is on and happening soon. (We've heard that before...)
Good luck.
