Hi TGW, Boy , you had me worried. I missed you this weekend and was worried for you. Even told my wife I was worried about you. I was thinking he left without notice so something awful might have happened. Glad to see you are ok, and did not suffer a heart attack or other accident. Had visions of you driving down a one way street.
Had no telephone number to call you and did not know your email address, Anyway, glad to see you back and in good spirit.
Actually, I took a positive spin to that Great Spirit thing. Perhaps they could use each other's employees as a cost reduction and for added expertise. I do that a lot in my business. Do much networking and when I have difficult tasks I borrow employees and sometimes even from my competitors. We share ideas and find new and better ways of doing things. Well anyway, it works well for me. But who knows, something evil may come from Great Spirit Let's watch this closely.
Have a good night and welcome back and good spirit and good health.

Okay, I will send no more messages to Bob. I agree with you again, we have been venting our anger too much and he deserves a break. Perhaps you could relay one final message to him. Did you see that link to his letter from the investor who lost on GLOW? Did you read it?
Perhaps you could recommend to Bob that he could use his letter to better educate investors in general. Really, would you invest a college fund in any OTC-BB stock? I would look for a stock with proven value and very little downside risk with a 35% minimal growth rate. Perhaps Bob could help in that regard. OTC-BB stocks are all risky, don't you think. And college funds should not be put to risk.
Hope you agree, May I call you by your first name. I hate that TGW thing. Would rather say hi Ted or Tom. BTW, when the dust settles on CD I may buy some also. I l like HGR right now Best regards, Dave

TGW, THAT'S easy! Gary sit on the board with Great Spirit and is also the CEO of Global Games. It would appear that Gary is the contact for both...and now twisting the facts AGAIN

>>>>Is it normal for two separate companies, Global Games and Great Spirit Inc., to issue their respective press releases through the same person (Mr. Borglund), at the same address, and using the same telephone number (612-672-0834)? Well I found two and can't explain it. Maybe you guys have some insight? <<<<

Where is the address stated in either of these press releases? Am I missing something?

Who told you Gary B. issued the PR for Great Spirit?

If you and I both suck down slurpees from 7-eleven are we both affiliated with 7-eleven?

Do you work for Bob Davis ? You share the same negative connotation and DD ethics!

T.G.W.

In my experience, this is actually quite common, Many officers and directors are involved in more than one company. Many Companies actually promote this, some go as far as to create a Master Company and many subsidiaries each of which has it's own mission, but sometimes sharing employees between the subs, In more than one instance, I've seen companies set up subsidiaries to be competitors, and even then share employees between the companies.

I believe that clarification on all of this will occur shortly, when the company becomes fully reporting.

I hope this helps.

T.G.W., as I mentioned earlier on this thread, In my former days as an accountant, I worked for a CEO who was an officer and/or director of over 200 different companies!!! 12 of which were traded on either NASDAQ or AMEX! I'm talking about a multi-billion dollar conglomeration!

You said. . .

I was going to ask Bob to help me on this, but now realize that it is a waste of time. I need more grey matter of the highest order, maybe from Biggs, Red whatever, and selfsop. The question is this. Is it normal for two separate companies, Global Games and Great Spirit Inc., to issue their respective press releases through the same person (Mr. Borglund), at the same address, and using the same telephone number (612-672-0834)? Well I found two and can't explain it. Maybe you guys have some insight?

When PRs were released on ANY of those 12 publicly traded companies I mentioned, the contact person was the same (VP-IR). No, it categorically is NOT unusual!

Let me know if you need further clarification.

Thanks!
GO BIG RED!!
