the wireless industry gets rid of all the crooks within their midst and starts pursuing other viable options for the
use of their technology (ie. high speed transmission of data and others) they will be relegated to the flash in the
pan, one hit wonders that they currently are. It's time to make drastic changes if it's not already to late.In my
area one of the original wirless systems (Valley Wireless) came in and performed admirably. It was run by
legitimate business men who knew they had something special. But as soon as they sold to a large wirless firm
that was based on the east coast (Philadelphia?) the system began to have mechanical and credibility problems
that still effect it today. They compete against Warner and Cox but only have 10% of the available market with
disconnects overhelming connects and horrible customer service. The prior ownership had 22% and a very low
disconnect rate. I believe it was a ratio of 11:1 connects to disconnects.Poor management has sucked the
profitability out of what used to be a very profitable business. East Coast Crooks?
