Add Zenith to the list: Subject 4290 Contrary to Street opinion, Zenith is alive and well and its majority owner, LG Electronics, is on the ropes. Our goal is to keep Zenith intact as an US-based, consumer-electronics company and for LGE to allow Zenith to bring in other equity/tech investors, as in the Thomson mode. If we are successful in our campaign, we will save the jobs of thousands of Zenith employees and 12,000 Zenith shareholders will be allowed to participate with Zenith to capitalize on the new golden age of digital electronics.
