This was borrowed from the RB thread from Kevin. Kevin, I could not have said it better myself.

<<Also, a few more questions before jumping to the conclusion that this company is a scam.

1). Why would this company hire Dunn Engineering and J.R. Butler if they had no land or if they were just going to fold up and bail. If we question the ownership of these properties, well, don't you have to send some legal documents to the Engineering firms declaring that you really do own this land. You can't just hire a company and they, oh do a study on this land, here is the address, Dunn and J.R. Butler must have requested legal documentation showing the land is under MTEI's name before assessing it.

2). Why would MTEI waste the time and money on hiring Dunn and J.R. Butler if they knew that they would be caught as frauds.

3) Why would MTEI hire all these people associated with oil and gas? I am sure just a couple of people can run a good scam, aka Gort & Christiansen. Instead they go out and hire Quentin Moore, (75 years old, do you really think he wants to go to jail at his age?), Winston and Vivian Overstreet, R. David White, Richard Hibbard and finally Aubrey (Earl) Irby Jr. If I were running a scam I wouldn't have be looking for new employees.

This is what puzzles me if indeed this company is a scam...can someone explain otherwise? I doubt it...

Pretty astute for his age, huh?
