1. SAP doesn't have a competitive supply-chain solution yet.

2. SAP is only really going to be competition in SAP's installed base of software. Why would a company using Baan or Peoplesoft want to choose SAP over ITWO? (SAP's installed base is big, 30% mkt share or so? but that means they are at a disadvantage in other accounts).

This is not to disparage SAP's move into supply-chain software - it's a great move for them to grow their business, but I think the potential impact on ITWO is exaggerated and represents a buying opportunity in shares of ITWO.
