David,

I am as bullish on this co. as you and hold more shares than
is my usual custom. Gov. backed funding is source of income
I agree, but until that begins the co. is writing shares like
they were cash to keep themselves afloat. Buying another
co for total shares is a dangerous thing to do. If the sellers
of the co. elect to dump the stock on the market with not
restriction, considering that is what has been happening, I
think it not unreasonable to assume that dilution is our
problem.

Also in the 8k did you notice the mention of future shares, in
numbers undetermiable, may be issued from time to time. This
co already has 200 million + outstanding with estimates of
100 million in the float. Do the math. We are not going to
a dollar tomorrow. Maybe 5 years from now, but not soon.
