My understanding is that they are in the process of completing some key acquisitions in New York which will significantly enhance revenue. If this is true and it happens, this should no longer be a penny stock. If it is bs then this won't be a penny stock any more either. It won't be anything! My source of info is not first hand. I wish someone with better sources than mine would post some info here.
