fiberman, I lost my shorts on this one, also. But, you've really got to switch to decaf, or something. As for the FTC, I think they are a bunch of inept jerks. The only successful suit they could ever bring would be against the smallest of companies that could not defend themselves. 3D Labs will have to depend on superior products (at low cost) and good marketing. All is not lost, yet. But, we could see < $3.00 per share before this winter. They are not making money on the Permedia 2, and the high end has been lost to Evans & Sutherland. I think the current quarter will be a disaster. Pravin.
