Bravo, poisontaster. Once again a masterpiece of DD. Mr. Berry has an obsessive-compulsive problem with TSIG. He has posted once on the Vantive Corp. thread (to wiseowl no less), a few times on the CMND thread (where his DD apparently was lacking), and the vast majority on the TSIG thread(s)... a company in which he not only owns no stock, but questioned where he could short it. He refused to call Rob Gordon directly (with witnesses and recording the conversation) claiming it would be worthless, but has pushed for a CC (which now he is unavailable for) as if the answers he would receive in a CC would be any different than in a separate call to Mr. Gordon. He skirts around the issue of calling Mr. Gordon directly, and he still refuses to answer one very simple, but germaine question. Why does he have this intense need to post and repost the same things regarding a stock he neither owns or has any interest in other than perhaps shorting (by his own admission)? What rational person would devote so much time and energy to bashing a stock he doesn't own unless he has another agenda? I post my own DD as do you and many others. Some may call it hype, but obviously I am long and it would be a bit of a dichotomy for me to bash a stock I have invested in. If I didn't like the company I would just sell my stock and move on. Some don't agree and that is their prerogative, but Mr. Berry has devoted so much time and energy to a stock he does not own that I, for one, must question his motivation.

Thanks again for another fine piece of DD.

Best wishes,

Marty
