Gobe, Jens, A "floorless" is the last resort for troubled companies that can't receive funding through normal channels. The problem with a floorless is that it's optimally designed by the funding source to screw investors through dilution and even kill a company if profitable to them. Being a funding method of last resort, even reasonable management can be tricked into its seduction, they only learn too late. Before anyone that's long panics and dumps, find out if there is a floorless here. The 10xs should have details, but the most straight forward method is to ask management. Don't become sick over my conjecture, find out, and post to the thread, I could be very wrong. So far, the trading pattern and the lack of definite knowledge by this thread if there is, or isn't, a floorless just adds to the probability that there is a floorless IMO.
