Brad,
YOu may believe that if you wish. I am not so sure that you can call Sid Jimmy's boy, since it is my understanding that JJ voted some of his shares for Fred.

Brad,

Which of Fred's attempts at good management are you talking about?

The one where he threatened to sue management in order to prevent them from publishing material information to the rest of the shareholders?

Or how about the one where he told Mark Silvers he wanted to fire Norton, stop researching conventional and concentrate exclusively on J/L?

Or how about the one where he told Mark he thought giving J/L half the equity in Naxos was fair? Was that a move to good management Brad?

Or how about him telling his friends rumours before the rest of the shareholders? I have had several people specifically tell me they had heard significant material information from Fred before it was made available to all the shareholders. Is that a move to good management Brad? Is that what we want the CEO doing?

Yea Brad, Fred is a real force for moving towards good management. And before you try and spin this response, this is not an endorsement of Sid. But if the question is good management, the answer is not Fred Arkoosh.
