SLANDER, Oh Mr. Zwebner, if this is a threat to me, then not a problem. As for a public apology for what, stating the facts. I never used your name until yesterday based off your own filings. If anything was stated to you or ABOUT YOU, then Mr. Zwebner, it is based off the facts of your own recent filings. A reasonable explaination Mr. Zwebener is all we are asking. Nothing More nothing less. As for me hiding behind an unpublished name, 90% of the shareholders know who I am and have spoken to me, so that comment is uncalled for and irrelivant. I will have to contact my attorney's this afternoon with this post and see what " Slander " Now, on to something important other than idol threats. Charles if it hasn't been the CC shareholders that have sold, please post up a list of the CC shareholders and their current positions. We have the original list from the original sale, it would be very interesting to compare the two. Also if there has been no one from CC selling the stock why is it that Whytebergs position is down 1,500,000 since May. Mr. Zwebner cut the garbage about law suits. The discussion here is just that. If you wish to have a face to face meeting with me lets set it up in NY. or Toronto. As for your quickiness to execute legal action, drop the tough guy routine and stand up and answer the hard questions. Thats all we are asking. As for me being a coward, Mr. Zwebner I will let that slide.
