Kevin, I called GLOW prior to writing my initial report on the Company, and have called since then, without any response. To quote "MartinDane" in "Reply #5851" which he posted a few minutes ago, "No one paid attention to him....." Currently, I will not talk with GLOW management because: 1. I do not want to learn any "non-public" information about GLOW, as governed by Section 20-(d) and Section 20A-(c) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 . 2. I do not want to get into any discussions with them unless there is a mechanism for a "contemporaneous record", which is provided by e-mail. 3. I want GLOW management to spend its efforts on making "full and complete" public disclosure, rather than talking to individuals, which I suspect may be a violation of Rule 10b-5 and Section 20A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Section 17 of the Securities Act of 1933.
