Sandy,
I think that the problem with the stock is the CD overhang, that the market is afraid of the potential of unknown dilution and who could blame them. The resolution of the CD issue IMHO will take the stock higher. We are told that the financing is due by SEpt 1 or earlier. This is keeping people from buying the stock because it is too big of an unknown.
