With all due respect, I am having trouble keeping my counsel much longer with regard to your comments.

You do not know what a bear market is obviously. I know it sounds sexy right now to say that we're going into one, but you don't want one, trust me. No one makes money in a bear market after the easy stuff on the short side is done.

I've been involved in the market for over 25 years, since I was a little kid, with my dad, and though I wasn't old enough to be trading myself, I remember well the markets of 1973 and 74 and to a lesser extent, 1990. Those were bear markets. This is not. It's a correction.

I happen to think that there are now so many newbie "bears" out there now buying puts that it makes it difficult if not impossible for there to be the kind of meltdown ya'll are looking for. Hey, I could be wrong, am all the time, but we'll see.

Sorry, no disrespect intended. Just would like to see a little more empirical evidence before a pronouncement that the bear has arrived.
