most of the litigation has been resolved and the rest is really not of any concequence. If there is/was a floorless conversion-the company would be doing it to raise capital not to screw investors(although it does cause dilution if the capital received is not put to good use

and the mm's did raise the ask right before close to .017----I think we just have some mm's trying to pick up some shares before the next news release
