<I'm thinking too that surely Rene would have complied at this point. Foolhardy not to.>

You don't know Rene very well then, he's got more audacity than one might think or hope. He is defiant by nature, as his history in business has proven.

<Any take on the possibility of huge, ruinous damages award to Trooper? I've heard buzz that consulting firm has put potential figure above 90 mil.>

90 mil sounds a little outlandish, it will probably be more like 15 to 30 mil. There will be a press release soon from TPP re: the amount sought for in damages. They are working with an independent outfit in Vancouver to put this together. All loses will have to be substantiated from historical information, probably base mostly on TT's past claims of plant profitability also taking into account lost opportunity of financing etc.

<Won't even the threat of this throw a monkey wrench into funding? Will anyone hand TT $40 mil that could be siphoned off in a damages settlement??>

Sounds logical!

<I would think Rene needs to address this issue ASAP.>

Dave, I would think that all concerned would like to see this issue addresses both TPP shareholders and TTRIF share holders. Most don't realize it, but the onus is on TTRIF to prove that they have fully complied with the court order. This should be very interesting now that Mr. Bowes is no longer representing TTRIF. The new legal counsel will have to do a lot of catching up.

David Cannon,Robert pool, Gentleman; A very good source has said that Lloyds Of London have certified Thermal Tech's process. This should take the risk off, and give us credibilty. Both of you bring up good points ,but don't sell Rene short. He's done what he had to to keep TT going these years.Rene isn't stupid as some may want us to think.I think by Dec. you may rest your concerns.REGARDS BOB
