I talked to Don Logan on Monday afternoon about 3:30PM CST.I also made a couple calls last week & no one was available & no one returned my calls.Yesterday lo & behold I asked to speak to Don Logan I got thru after a few minute wait.I told him I was concerned that there was no info coming from the company & I wasn't HAPPY the way the stock has been TANKING.Iasked why financials haven,'t been released for the first & second quarters? He said the 1st quarter results were given to the lawyers THREE weeks ago.They made a profit.Hence the dividend TNNS.(which they own 10% of)He was going to check with the PR dept. as soon as we got off the phone to see why the 1st quarter results haven't been released.The 2nd quarter results are due by Aug. 17th.(the 15th is a Saturday)But he hopes to beat the deadline.They also hired a fulltime PR man whose 1st day was yesterday.I suggested that he monitors this thread.Mr. Logan thought that was a good idea.He was under the impression that they have alot of press releases & at 1-2 thousand a pop,as a shareholder do I want them spending alot of money to keep us informed or do other things with that $$ ? I suggested the new PR guy put out some info here.When we're left in the dark we're not very pleased.He also said the guys that were supposed to return phone calls were very busy & they were with him on a trip which we didn't get into.He was also surprised to hear that Dan Wesson sold his shares.He appreciated the input & thought the new PR guy would take care of some of the problems. They are very busy.HE said he worked all day SAt. & Sun.I feel better after talking to him.Nasdaq is still the goal but not thru TNNS like some of us speculated.Gotta go.Hope this helps some of you.
