Patrick....

He will not come out of hiding. This is his speciality..he will make comments without proper back up...and when asked for proof, he just ignores it...
If nothing else, he has one trait that is identical to Collins senior from what I can tell based on the articles that RMB directed me to...he picks and chooses what he wishes to quote never really caring about the fact that when he takes it out of context it actually alters the meaning...then he tosses in little insinuations and innuendo that exist only in his own mind in an effort to further his views....pretty pathetic...dontcha think?

In the past, I have likened Jerry to the school bully who feels quite free to say and do anything he wants...until he is confronted with the truth...then he just runs away.

Also, when posting, don't spell anything incorrectly or make any errors in your writing...Jerry will no doubt pounce on that to tell you that your credibility is somehow affected by that...because he has nothing else to fall back on.

You are right in your comments that his "Internet campaign" is failing miserably....too bad Jerry can't see it just as everyone else does.

More upbeat KRY news from Roy Carson in late April. In fact, the news is so good in this e-mail that Mr Carson was compelled to invent a new concept: the status quo surpassing expectations.

Roy Carson, writing in a VMI Briefing e-mail dispatch of April 29, reports that
Crystallex International president Marc Oppeheimer is cutting short his visit to
Venezuela to fly back to the United States to consult with fellow directors. Mr.
Carson, known for his unequalled access to the otherwise media-shy Crystallex
management, adds Mr. Oppenheimer will not disclose the nature or content of
"current discussions" with government ministers because of confidentiality
agreements. KRY has never acknowledged the existence of such agreements. "I
am given to understand the status quo surpasses all expectations," an upbeat but
sometimes obscure Mr. Carson tells his subscribers. Crystallex and Placer Dome,
both based in Vancouver, are on opposite sides of a legal dispute involving the
right to mine gold at the Las Cristinas 4 & 6 concessions in Bolivar State. Both
sides are awaiting the outcome of an appeal before the supreme court in which
KRY hopes to sue the government. Mr. Carson is editor of the pro-Crystallex
VENews Internet website, which began to campaign for the company shortly after
KRY started promoting its Cristinas challenge, in March 1997.
