As I pointed out
or
Lying is counter productive when you want people to listen

For example
Here is bmart with his observations.
<<< I only made the observation that certain posters, including yourself, are bashing stocks that are Asensio stron-sell/short-sell
recommendations
>>

Graystone call these observations lies, and he proves it. This means that bmart has something wrong with
A) His mouth, which is telling these falsehoods
B) His head, which is believing these falsehoods
C) Or his eyes, for believing that this type of post makes him credible. If you believe bmart, that is not my problem, it still does not make his statement true. It is a falsehood, now, if bmart thinks that it is a good statement, as he obviously does, then his entire outlook becomes questionable, or lacking in credibility.

You others who think that I am attacking bmart, give heed to the fact that bmart is asking you to believe a lie. Now bmart will insist that those are not the words he said, but I don't need to point out that SI is not editing bmarts posts, regardless of what you people may think.

When you decide to tell lies on SI, you will likely be challenged. This is how the truth comes out. bmart does not want you people to know me, it is much safer for him to stand behind the lie he has told and pretend he didn't say it. This type of attitude is typical of an RMIL longs and any puppet identities he might have.

Anyone (yes you) who does not take the time to check an assertion made by a poster, deserves to own RMIL. This is not rocket science you people. I have snipped that quote directly from a bmart post. Here I will repeat the lie so you can be sure he said it. Like most people who lie, he will say that is not what he meant, this is however, very straightforward.

<<< I only made the observation that certain posters, including yourself, are bashing stocks that are Asensio stron-sell/short-sell
recommendations
>>

No bmart, you only lied. I do not expect you to apologize.

This after all

It is perfectly legal to short bulletin board stocks if you are a small investor. The only thing you need is a firm that makes a market in the stock. Most every firm will decline such a request but it is done and it is legal. The only person who can start a short is a market maker but after that where the stock goes is up to the firm. We have done it several times in the past for investors who have restricted stock that want short against the box or those who know the company is a con.
