t.gawarecki, Thank you for the update. I didn't realize that Tubby's was a reporting company. For some reason, last year when I looked at them, I had the impression that they were non-reporting. The details are fuzzy in my memory now, so I can't remember if I had looked or not looked at Edgar. I'm usually pretty thorough though, so maybe they just weren't available online at the time I looked. Again, thanks much for the information. I still think that from a product perspective, Tubby's can compete against the likes of Subway, Blimpies and Cousins. I'll have to reanalyze their business model to make myself current on their prospects. KJC
