TIme for some common sense. First, Turbodyne was a foreign company and so their methods of raising capital have been different than US companies. I'm not an expert on this but I think this should be taken into consideration. Only over time have they become a US based Corporation.

The short selling outfit has stated that Turbodyne's product is nothing more than a supercharger with an electric motor instead of a belt. Common sense would lead anyone with half a brain to realize that if this were easily duplicated Detroit Deisel would not have ordered purhases of them. Obviously the electric motor is sophisticated. To trivialize it as they have done is misleading.

They have carefully worded their release to avoid saying anything that is false, but if you read carefully you'll see that their most damaging 'statements' are just conjecture designed to scare.
