The future for AIPN is not inextricably linked to Kaz, that is the bang for the buck no doubt but they have the refinery which has real value now and the Majors will do deals that are irrelevant to the price of oil and to infrastructure. It is as the article posed, a finite resource that AIPN has in abundance. If it were just Kaz then financing would help only marginally but the integration of the company, I believe in and feel is a real undervalued element in the big picture. The threat to the company is it's ability to raise conventional money, IMHO, not the price of oil (not to say that it is unimportant).
