No, I don't. My understanding is that the 50 million shares all went in payment of the land in West Virginia. It could be that these mineral rights were paid for with some of the shares authorized a month ago. In that case, though, I'd imagine the deal was cut before the trading halt. I heartily agree with those who've said that fuller explanations would be useful. How does the company plan to pay Dunn? Much less finance any exploitation they may have in mind?
