Hi Brent,

Thanks for clarifying. I am a bit confused though. I thought Oilex owned shares in PWRX (formerly TANC). I noticed that it had somehow magically appeared into CAYC's sheets but I can't see where the consideration is that Oilex should have received for PWRX. Any ideas? Or wasn't it an option to acquire a certain amount of shares in PWRX? I'd like to know how an option agmt gets 'unwound'?? Isn't it a contract that gives the buyer of the contract a right but not obligation to buy something at a predetermined set price? I'm not real bright but I always thought that an option had some value but it seems like there was no consideration exchanged for unwinding this agmt. I mean, Burditt's not that nice of a man to just let something of value go, is he?

C'mon Brent! Why the hell would you guys want CAYC to own any shares of your co. if you are on the level (i have no reason to believe otherwise btw)? Burditt's action have been documented in fairly great detail - why the association? I'm completely confused as to why anyone woould want to be associated with anything Burditt has had his hands on.
